The parties herein shall be bound by any arbitration award rendered as a result of such arbitration as the final adjudication of any such dispute. The language of any such proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in or relating to the Agreement shall be deemed a waiver, express or implied, of the privileges and immunities of the United Nations and UNU accorded to them under international law.
