Symposium: New Trends in Biotechnology 2019 – Cuernavaca, Mexico

    Next Thursday, September 5th at 12:50 PM, the symposium: “New trends in Biotechnology 2019” will be held at Auditorium Francisco Bolívar Zapata, Instituto de Biotecnología, UNAM. Cuernavaca, México. Among the participants are included important experts throughout the region in different areas of biotechnology research.

    Introducing UNU’s work, Ms. Christina Mcelwaine -Chief Operations Officer at the Centre for Policy Research at United Nations University- will begin with  “United Nations University: a global university, contributing to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals”

    15:05 Guillermo Gosset PhD will present: “Synthetic microbial consortia: the power of cooperation and diversity”, Instituto de Biotecnología, UNAM.

    15:30 Esteban Serra PhD will present: “Bromodomains: new target for searching  anti trypanocitic drugs”, Universidad del Rosario.
